Good news! You can kill all the manatees you like.
The bad news - I have to take them off the menu at Scoopy's Politically Incorrect Diner, where we only serve endangered and threatened species. Those big guys make some mighty good eatin'! We're replacing them on the menu with Giraffe steaks. If you can eat the entire neck in two hours, it's free!
