Hacker Leaks Stolen ‘Orange Is the New Black’ Season 5 Episodes to Piracy Network

The hacker obtained episodes 1-10 of the 13 in season five. The last three were not available when the studio's security was breached. The hacker also claims to have many unreleased shows from many different networks which use the same studio.

I know what you are wondering if you're thinking like me. HBO is not affected.
