She is reportedly Kristen Stewart's ... er ... special friend.
(They are a cohabitating couple. I was going to type "lover" above, but then realized that I have no idea what the politically appropriate nomenclature would be. Us magazine says she is Kristen's "girlfriend." Stars News also says "girlfriend." I assume that term has been properly vetted by the correctness police, but it's not really very precise. I know lots of women who have "girlfriends," but their mutual activities usually occur fully clothed.)
