Mississippi State is favored by 33 over U. Mass. That's unusual enough, but what makes it weird is that the over/under is only 56. I know nothing about Massachusetts, but I guessed by those stats that they don't have much offense.

My guess was not so hot. I looked up their results. In their last three games they have scored 50-55-30.

Acknowledging that their competition was weak, I still think they must have a little offense.

I'll have to keep an eye on that one this weekend to see if the bookies screwed up.

UPDATE: the bookies did a good job on the over/under (57 was the actual game total). It was the spread they screwed up. Mississippi State only won by 11, and they were losing 20-13 at halftime.
