I wonder if Trump deliberately picks incompetent subordinates to make himself seem better in comparison, and/or because he'll always have a fall guy when something goes wrong. I actually knew lots of guys in the business world who thought that way.
Anyway ...
When you screw up the National Park Service, you're fucking with, as Ron Swanson pointed out in Parks and Rec, the very best thing our often inept government has ever done.
(OK, maybe the second-best after winning WW2 and rebuilding the world. Ya gotta admit that was "Yuge.")
