Swaney the Swan challenges the memory of Eddie the Eagle
There is a big difference between her and the other notorious Olympic flops like Eddie the Eagle, the Jamaican bobsled team and Eric the Eel. Those people all understood their limitations. Swaney, on the other hand, said with no hint of irony: "I didn't qualify for finals so I'm really disappointed."
