No-o-o-o-o. Wisconsin has been pushed out of the top spot by an upstart. We better get our focus back.

    And Utah is at 48, followed only by West Virginia and Tennessee. I had not expected that.

    Utah's always back of the booze pack - Mormons don't wanna piss off Sky-Daddy. But anything you have a prescription for is nice and unsinful. Haven't checked lately but used to be they led by a mile in pill abuse.
