DASH Diet Can Cut Strokes, Cardiovascular Disease

The good news: the DASH diet is not only good for the heart and for high blood pressure, it can also decrease the likelihood of having a heart attack and stroke.
The bad news: even though you'll live longer, you'll WISH you were dead.
