Twilight came in about as expected, after it seemed that it would do far better. (See the daily trends in the link below.)Bolt had solid numbers, but was a disappointment in that it came in about 25% below expectations.
The weekend was not an earth-shattering triumph, despite the presence of three of the four best November openers of all time. It was merely typical for the weekend before Thanksgiving. You can spin that positively by saying, "It is incredible that this weekend managed to equal the previous years without a Harry Potter picture."
