Isner vs. Mahut Suspended for Second Day

"It is already the longest tennis match in history, and it is still not done. John Isner of the United States and Nicolas Mahut of France fought to a fifth-set standoff, 59-59, after 10 hours of record-setting play in their first round match at the 2010 Wimbledon championships. For a second day, as darkness descended, play was suspended, to resume the next day. The match broke all Wimbledon marks for games played, aces served, and hours logged. Until it is completed, the records will stand but the sheer number of points played (877) and time lapsed placed it as the longest match in recorded tennis history."
