The Texas Rangers are headin' to the series

Those guys have some serious firepower when they play in Arlington.

Most underrated team in the game. Everybody in baseball talks about the Yankees, Red Sox and Phillies, but none of those teams have been in either of the last two World Series (meaning last year and this year), and the Rangers have now made it to both with back-to-back AL pennants.

I still can't believe they were trying to dump Michael Young this Spring. I didn't get it then, and it seems even dumber after the season he just had.

But that notwithstanding, ol' Nolan Ryan seems to be establishing quite a career as an executive.
