As of 10:00 Eastern Time, only three were working: NY Harbor, Brooklyn Bridge and Columbus Circle. The best one was the one in NY Harbor, which was broadcasting clear streaming video in real time. (The Brooklyn Bridge cam was blurred by raindrops, and the Columbus Circle cam is one of those which does sporadic snapshots rather than real-time video.)
