There were four polls published last week: Trump pulled 34-38-39-41. Cruz has solidified his hold on second place at 14-15-18-18, placing second in each poll. Rubio places third in each poll, but after that the situation is confounded by Dr. Carson's free fall, which pollsters can't seem to get a hold on. Carson ties Rubio for third in the ABC news poll, but in the PPP poll he has actually fallen to fifth behind Jeb!
A company called Morning Consult actually polled likely GOP voters before and after the debate and found no significant change. (They show Trump leading Cruz 36-11 now, 38-12 before the debate.) Given the margin of error (+-3) neither they nor anyone else moved in either direction after the last debate.
One thing is certain: Trump's support is not softening at the moment, despite the ongoing attacks from comedians, media, and the liberal intelligentsia.
