Trump may have no concept of what to do if he actually got elected President, but he's certainly effective at exposing the slimy underbelly of the whole process.

If he gets elected, and it is looking more and more likely as time goes on, he will undoubtedly do what every good CEO does - surround himself with people who know how to do what needs to be done. CEOs have to have a basic understanding of their organization, what it does and how. But the real work is done by the people around them. Reagan knew that.
