Eminem, who earned 21 million last year, was hailed as the saviour of modern poetry by one of the world's greatest poets. Seamus Heaney, winner of the Nobel Prize of Literature, said the rap phenomenon arouses interest in poetry in the way Bob Dylan and John Lennon had in the 1960s and 70s.
