How exactly did Rudy Giulani get knighted? Yo, t'anks fer dat, yer fuckin' majesty. Sorry to report that he is not Sir Rudy. "Foreign nationals can be knighted, but they are not allowed to use the title "Sir" or "Dame" before their names (sorry, Rudy), although they can add "KBE" after their names."
