The Bush administration won't have to reveal details of Vice President Dick Cheney's double secret probationary energy task force before the election, after the Supreme Court ruled Thursday that a lower court should spend more time sorting out the White House's privacy claim. Writing for the majority, Justice Whatisface wrote "no Republican administration will ever have to reveal anything it doesn't want to while I'm on the court, by jingo" It was a 7-2 decision, so Justice Scalia's refusal to recuse himself was not critical to the ruling.
