Bush-Kerry parody draws the ire of the music publisher that owns the Guthrie song. Suing over this one would be the ultimate irony, since Woody believed that his songs belonged to everyone. In fact, Woody essentially believed that everything belonged to everyone, and denied the entire concept of private property - which is what "This Land" is really about.
