The White House is angry at Stone and Parker over their new movie. I imagine that Stone and Parker are in hog heaven. Getting people mad at them is their prime directive. If you are a satirist and both the White House and Barbra Streisand hate you - "by, God, you are doing your job, sir!" - as Mr. Lebowski might have said.
