Crowe tells his side of the phone-rage story.
  • The latest is that Crowe may not be "off the hook" on criminal charges. Apparently there is an election going on in NYC, and district attorney is an elective office, so the challenger has made it a "soft on crime" issue, with her spokesman saying, "Celebrities should not be able to buy their way out of a crime."
  • What is the world coming to? If a celebrity can't get away with acting out of control, then what the hell good is it to be a celebrity in the first place? We have no king, so America must retain the Divine Right of Celebrities.
  • I'm sure Crowe can get off if he can get the trial moved to L.A., where they are more experienced at freeing criminal celebrities.
