Some things you may not know about Gedde Watanabe if you just remember him as "The Donger": although he achieved a measure of fame playing a geeky Asian stereotype, he could not be more American. He was born and raised in Utah. He speaks no Asian languages, and speaks English with no accent. He's also an outstanding singer.
