Inventory: 22 TV Opening-Credit Sequences That Fit Their Shows Perfectly

The correct title would be "22 that I like" or "22 memorable ones," given the fact that the intro to the Mary Tyler Moore show, while very memorable, is completely inconsistent with the tone of the show. The first time I watched that show I shut it off after the opening credits, thinking it would be some inspirational crap about a small-town girl in the big city. It was not until many weeks later that I was convinced to give the show a try by the famous clip which includes this exchange: "You've got a lot of spunk." "Thank you Mr Grant." "I hate spunk."
