By the way, the quote has been widely misrepresented. He's not saying "I'm the guy who is the commander." He's saying "I'm a guy who favors letting the military commanders decide war strategy (as opposed, I suppose to a "congress guy"). He actually may have said "a commander guy" rather than "the commander guy." It's difficult to make it out.
