London is not far behind, followed by a top ten coming entirely from cities in Asia, Scandanavia, ansd Switzerland.I giess things have changed since my day. I lived in London and Oslo, and Oslo was the more expensive in the early 90s. I suppose the strength of the pound versus the dollar is involved in this calculation, since it is about the cost of maintaining expats. British prices stay fairly consistent, but it takes more and more dollars to buy a quid worth of goods.
