A-Rod wins MVP convincingly, but not unanimously
He got 26 of the 28 votes, with Magglio pulling down the other two. No voter placed either of them lower than third, but there were four writers who gave their #2 vote to somebody other than Magglio (3 for Vlad Guerrero, one for David Ortiz).

The link has the complete result of the voting. Sabathia beat Beckett in this one, too, but the top pitcher in the polling was (surprise!) Mariners' reliever JJ Putz.
