I'd add to the list Defender Stargate. I was a pretty fair hand at video games, but that was one I could never master. It had a joystick and a half dozen different buttons. It was really fun to watch a master play. It was like watching a concert pianist play an impossible Liszt Etude with his hands flying all around the keyboard.
