New poll in Pennsylvania shows Barack up by three. (statistically insignificant)

I've never seen anything like these Pennsylvania polls. There was one Monday that showed Clinton ahead 57-37, so Clinton is either behind or leading by 20. Take your pick!

RCP's summary of this week's Pennsylvania polls (including this new one with Obama up by three) shows Clinton up by an average of 6.7.

I couldn't find any Pennsylvania action on the internet betting sites, but Hillary now pays off 3-1 for the nomination, while Obama is running 1-5 (-$500 of you lose, +$100 if you win.)
