Hey, that's what they get for being so darned delicious! They were one of the most popular entrees during the early years of my family's Politically Incorrect Restaurant. Our patrons would always joke, "Tastes just like manatee."Our records show that they were especially good with a light dijon sauce and a Beaujolais.
