Discrimination in the Workplace | Cracked.com

A guide to legalized discrimination in the workplace | Cracked.com

Serious note:

Discrimination is legal if the employer can establish that the process of descrimination is the result of a bona fide occupational qualification ("BFOQ"). For example, if you are a movie director casting a biopic of Lawrence Welk, you may legally exclude minorites and women from consideration for the main role.
