I don't think Clint Eastwood has aged so poorly. The pictures mean nothing. How do they expect a guy to change from age 30 to age 80? The same point can be applied (albeit less enthusiastically) to Pierce Brosnan and Richard Gere. They didn't age very poorly or very well. They just aged.

Now Mickey Rourke, Val Kilmer, and Brendan Fraser - that's another kettle o' crawdads.
