New Movies In Theaters This Week - Rotten Tomatoes

The Lion King in 3D (2200 theaters) - no reviews for this version, but the original 2D version is sitting at 91% positive reviews. Those other 9% are pretty damned grinchy. How can ya not like the Lion King?

Drive (2400 theaters) - 94% positive. Rated R for violence, language, and nudity. Not sure who gets nekkid. "Ryan Gosling stars as a Los Angeles wheelman for hire, stunt driving for movie productions by day and steering getaway vehicles for armed heists by night." The critics love this, an action movie with the soul of an indie art film, in the manner of a 1970s film - "a seemingly incompatible blend of art-house drama and Hollywood revenge thriller that somehow works."

Straw Dogs (2400 theaters) - 40% positive. R-rated (for violence) remake of the 1971 Peckinpaugh classic.

I Don't Know How She Does It (2800 theaters) - 56% positive. PG-13 fluff with Sarah Jessica Parker, Christina Hendricks (she's also in Drive), Kelsey Grammer, Pierce Brosnan and Greg Kinnear.
