And that's my exact thoughts too. Was MU or any filesharing service illegal in original intention, or was it made illegal by the users uploading and storing copyrighted material on it, chicken and the egg, but something that the DoJ will have to prove that they took no steps to remove copyrighted material, irregardless if it was stored on their servers or not...
