Here's the bad news: Louisiana and Illinois are two of the least corrupt states in the union. That shows you how bad the other states are. Those two received grades of 72 and 74 from the integrity watchdogs. Illinois made the top 10 in integrity, and Louisiana tied for 15th.
The most corrupt state: Georgia, with South Dakota a close second.
Do they even have anything to steal in South Dakota?
