How many reasons do you need? There's actually only one and I'll tell you what it is. Batman is fictional, and the authors always write it so that he wins.
That's what they have to do, of course. They could just as easily take the same character and have him lose, but a loss to any of his insanely violent opponents would be fatal, and Batman's death would be kinda bad for the profits at Batman Money-Printing Industries Incorporated.
