Boston Red Sox send Adrian Gonzalez, Carl Crawford, Josh Beckett to the Dodgers
The Red Sox unloaded a shitload of salary. The Dodgers hope that Beckett and Crawford return to form, but they really wanted Gonzalez for what he can do today. Adrian is a SoCal native, born and raised in San Diego, and formerly one of the most popular players in the Padres' history. He is batting .300 and has 86 RBIs this year, which is more than any player in the entire National League! He knocked in 117 last year for the BoSox.

Crawford? Who knows? His problems in the past two years may have been entirely related to his arm troubles. After his surgery he could become the Crawford of 2010, and that was an awesome player, with 90 RBI, 47 steals and a 5.8 offensive WAR.
