The book which says Reagan took Liz "into the bedroom" when she was 15 also says that Lawford popped Liz's cherry when she was 17. So I guess The Gipper just took her in there to show her his American flag. Then he went over to his record player, put on a romantic (but patriotic) John Phillip Sousa song, and they marched the night away!
