Maybe the Nazis were on to something with that whole zany mandatory sterilization thingy.
The only problem is that, excluding the Lohan family, you never really know who to sterilize. I would have thought that Ron Paul would be an excellent candidate for fatherhood, but looking back on it, maybe he should have been snipped pre-Rand.
