Now that I think about it, this is probably breaking the "dog bites man" rule. I wonder if there are Canadian blizzards that are safe for weathermen.
You have to admit these hosers are definitely not pussies. They did the report in hurricane winds and freezing temps, and they managed to get back on camera and finish the report after getting blown off their feet.
