I thought it was Stu Sutcliffe.
No - Pete Best.
No - Brian Epstein.
Chronologically, Pete Best was the fifth beatle and Ringo was the sixth. Lennon, McCartney and Harrison were the original three, Sutcliffe the fourth.
If you have forgotten, Sutcliffe, who played bass guitar, was a friend and classmate of John Lennon. He fell in love when the group was playing in Hamburg and decided to stay there to study art, where his true talents lay. (He was said to be an excellent art student, although only a serviceable musician.) He suffered a tragic brain aneurysm in Hamburg and died at 21.
At least that's the way the story is told in the movie Backbeat, from which I derive 100% of my Stu Sutcliffe knowledge.

As for the Ninja Turtles
Actually there are only three different turtles in that frame: two Leonardos (blue), two Raphaels (red) and a Donatello (purple). There is no Michelangelo (orange) at all!
The series is rife with similar errors, as detailed here.
(My two youngest kids loved this show, so I always seemed to get roped into watching it! I can still name all the characters.)
