Well, um ... maybe they should have asked somebody like me or Mr Skin, since they missed the #1 most important - unpixelated female nudity on a network show in 2003.
The network was fined $1.2 million by the FCC, but an appeals court later told the FCC to stick it where the sun don't shine.
