SNL cast member Michael Che fucked himself in the online reputation ass by mocking the ‘Catcalling’ video circling the Internet
We live in an impolite world, as you know because you are reading this on the internet, which was apparently designed specifically to disseminate anonymous hatred and rudeness during those very few moments when it is not delivering the graphic evidence that the world is even more perverted than it is impolite.

Yes, women get catcalled when walking the streets, although that is probably gentler than the reactions they face when they offer their opinions online.

I'm not sure what it means, but when I was a younger man in Scandinavia with a handsome face and 6% body fat, I'd sometimes have to walk past groups of women drinking in the outdoor areas of taverns on warm days. The drunken women in Norway, and just about every woman in Denmark, used to catcall me, as if they were male workers watching a busty blond stroll past a construction site in Manhattan. (Scandinavia, compared to North America, has reached a greater level of behavioral similarity between men and women, and those Danish women are really aggressive. Someday I'll get around to telling some of the best stories of my time in Copenhagen.)

Anyway, I really liked that attention

A lot.

I guess that makes me a bad person.

Well, that and the kittens I fry in the microwave. And those two drifters I buried in the cellar. And my near single-handed genocide of the Montenegrin people.

But most of all liking the catcalls.

Having watched the video, however, I can see that the women are not directing their strongest anger at the guys who sit on their benches and say "Hey, beautiful" when a pretty girl walks by. Those dudes just seem sort of nice, are perfectly harmless, and probably think they are offering compliments. But some of those other guys in the video, the persistent ones, are really creepy and downright scary.
