I was wondering why Entourage opened on a Wednesday since it's not supposed to be a mega-hit. It just dawned on me - it's so the ads can claim that it is the #1 film in America, which it was Wednesday and probably will be Thursday as well. That reign will end Friday when the real movies open, but they can still make that claim without lying.
