His name is LaQuan McGowan and he's a 6'7" senior out of Amarillo. He also caught a TD pass on New Year's Day in the Cotton Bowl against Michigan State, but those are the only two receptions of his entire college career.
By the way, Baylor was favored by 46 in that game and easily covered the spread. In fact, they pretty much had it covered at halftime, when the score was 52-7. The second stringers played the entire second half.
