After having thought about it, I think Rick Astley would be the best choice, but they shouldn't announce him. They should announce some humongous stars like The Rolling Stones, Beyonce, The Grateful Dead or Taylor Swift. At the time of the actual performance, they say the big act couldn't make it, but there's a special surprise. Cue up "Never Gonna Give You Up" and let Rick start his groovy dance moves. That would truly be the greatest Rickroll in history.
