Many so-called experts thought the Arizona Cardinals were going to win this one. Boy, were they wrong. To paraphrase George Patton, Carolina went through them like crap through a goose, then cut out their living guts and used them to grease the treads of their cleats.
As for the Broncos - well, they don't have much offense (a pathetic 244 yards from scrimmage), but those sumbitches can play some D. They sacked Brady four times, picked him off twice, and forced him to accept a completion percentage below 50. That, and Gostkowski's missed extra point, were just enough to defeat the Pats.
