I can tell you for sure this is possible. I had a girlfriend a couple of decades ago who used to "use" me while I was sleeping, and I was usually not aware of it. Once in a while I'd wake up while she was at it, but most of the time I had to rely on other evidence to know what had happened while I was sleeping, and I didn't really know how often it happened unless she told me.
