Quiz: who said it, Donald Trump or Kim Jong-un?
I think it is absurd to compare their words. One is a dim-witted madman with a comic-opera haircut who doesn't really speak English fluently and whose incendiary rhetoric threatens to destroy the world.
And the other only speaks Korean.
