Virginia is renaming the Jefferson Davis Highway and is asking the internet for suggestions
What could go wrong? Will it end up the Lost Causeway or the Trail of Traitors? Or perhaps Roady McRoadface?
Personally, I can't decide between the Benedict Arnold Highway and Intercity Rosenberg.
You really want to keep the whole traitor theme intact.

ReplyDeleteI propose "Pickett's Charge Highway" with toll booths built on it. Not quite within the theme, but at least it's within the era of the original name.

A true patriot worships his country, defends his government when it needs it and supports his President when he (or she) has earned it. All other causes are for other titles and times.
