Dodgers even the series at two games apiece
The Astros did hit two homers. Unfortunately for them, they had no other hits! Wood started the game with 5 2/3 innings of no-hit ball. Boy, the game has changed. Guy throws 5.2 of no-hit ball, gives up a homer, and gets pulled immediately. (I'm not saying that is bad, just that it is very different from the old days.)
Charlie Morton also pitched beautifully, as did the Astros' first two relievers. Through eight innings the Dodgers had only a single run on four hits. And then things went south for the 'Stros. The Dodgers posted a five-spot in the ninth.
