Trump says he'll allow JFK assassination docs to be made public

I don't get many chances to give The Donald a thumb up, but I'm with him here. Somebody needs to look at the newer docs one-by-one to see if anything might compromise some existing operation in some way, but it's time to get the old stuff out immediately, especially anything approximately contemporaneous with the assassination.

  1. Doesn't this mean that in the end he really won't allow it?

    1. Cute, Fletch. Old and outdated, but cute. Go back to your safe space, your Play-Doh is drying out.

  2. I wonder if this link is relevant in this case:

    1. Not really. Regardless of when the release of any classified papers is scheduled, it is whoever is the President at the time who makes the ultimate decision to go or no go. So, in this case, it is Trump's decision, even if it isn't his idea.

  4. Trump is just afraid that Ted Cruz will primary him in 2020 and wants to prove that his dad killed JFK.
